Do I need an account to use Famalam Time?
You can browse events without an account, but you’ll need to sign up to book tickets or list an event.
Is Famalam Time free to use?
It’s free to browse events, but event organisers pay a fee to list their events. Some events may be free to attend, while others require a paid ticket
How do I list an event?
Go to the "List an Event" section, and fill out the details, including date, location, description, and pricing, place your order and then we will be in contact for your photos.
Do I have to pay to list an event?
Yes, all event listings must be paid for in full before being published on the site.
Can I edit my event listing after posting it?
Yes! Just drop us and email to hello@famalamtime.com andadd your event name and date in the subject heading. You can update your event details, but any major changes (e.g., date, location) should be communicated clearly to attendees.
What happens if I need to cancel my event?
If you need to cancel, please notify ticket holders immediately. Refunds are at your discretion, and Famalam Time is not responsible for processing refunds. Just drop us an email to hello@famalamtime.com to have your event remove. Unfortunately if we have already listed your event we won’t be able to issue a refund.
What kind of events can I list?
You can list any family-friendly event, including workshops, classes, days out, entertainment shows, and seasonal activities. Inappropriate or misleading content will be removed.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Refunds depend on the event organiser's policy. Famalam Time does not handle refunds, so please check the event listing or contact the organiser directly.
What if an event gets cancelled or rescheduled?
The event organiser is responsible for notifying attendees of cancellations or changes.
How do I contact an event organiser?
Each event listing includes organiser contact details. If you have a question, reach out to them directly.
